Return Shipping:
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We inspect and record all dispatches for quality control or defects. Packages damaged by delivery partners are exceptions to this policy and are covered under free returns. Please do not accept packages that are damaged or if the seal is broken. These packages will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued to you via the original payment method.

Due to the cosmetic nature of bindis, we do not accept returns. Each dispatch is thoroughly inspected and recorded for quality control and defect prevention. However, packages damaged during transit by our delivery partners are an exception to this policy and are eligible for free returns.
