1. Delivery Methods:

We offer professional delivery and setup services for all Products. Our shipping partners will deliver the products to your location as specified during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Areas:

Our delivery partners deliver all over India. Some pin codes may not be serviceable by private courier companies, in such situations we would use India post which may take longer. We try and deliver your Bindis 7 days of your confirmed order.

Customized Bindis might take longer, this will be specified in our correspondence when you please the order.

International Shipping is available, please contact us for the same, we will automate this process in future.

3. Delivery Fees: (if Apply)

Delivery fees are calculated based on factors such as distance, order size and weight. You will be provided with a detailed breakdown of delivery fees during checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

We try and deliver your Bindis 7 days of your confirmed order.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery:

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the product for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, notify our delivery team immediately so we can address them promptly.

6. Return Shipping:

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We inspect and record all dispatches for quality control or defects. Packages damaged by delivery partners are exceptions to this policy and are covered under free returns. Please do not accept packages that are damaged or if the seal is broken. These packages will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued to you via the original payment method.

7. Return Policy:

Due to the cosmetic nature of bindis, we do not accept returns. Each dispatch is thoroughly inspected and recorded for quality control and defect prevention. However, packages damaged during transit by our delivery partners are an exception to this policy and are eligible for free returns.

Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or if the seal is broken. These packages will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued to you via the original payment method.

9. International Shipping Policy:

The international shipping charges are ₹ 1,500 flat rate. However, there is free shipping for orders above ₹ 15,000/-. Delivery time for international shipping is 10 days excluding Sundays and public holidays. Return shipping charges are paid by the buyer. Once the return request is approved and the product is received, a refund via the original payment method will be sent to you within 7 working days. If you do not receive the refund within 7 working days please contact us with your order ID.
