By accessing / using our Shringar Centre Platform, You accept this Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by the same. Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Methods:
We offer professional delivery and setup services for all Products. Our shipping partners will deliver the products to your location as specified during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Areas:
Our delivery partners deliver all over India. Some pin codes may not be serviceable by private courier companies, in such situations we would use India post which may take longer. We try and deliver your Bindis 7 days of your confirmed order.
Customized Bindis might take longer, this will be specified in our correspondence when you please the order.
International Shipping is available, please contact us for the same, we will automate this process in future.
3. Delivery Fees: (if Apply)
Delivery fees are calculated based on factors such as distance, order size and weight. You will be provided with a detailed breakdown of delivery fees during checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes:
We try and deliver your Bindis 7 days of your confirmed order.
Customized Bindis might take longer, this will be specified in our correspondence when you please the order.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery:
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the product for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, notify our delivery team immediately so we can address them promptly.
6. Return Shipping:
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We inspect and record all dispatches for quality control or defects. Packages damaged by delivery partners are exceptions to this policy and are covered under free returns. Please do not accept packages that are damaged or if the seal is broken. These packages will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued to you via the original payment method.
7. Return Policy:
Due to the cosmetic nature of bindis, we do not accept returns. Each dispatch is thoroughly inspected and recorded for quality control and defect prevention. However, packages damaged during transit by our delivery partners are an exception to this policy and are eligible for free returns.
Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or if the seal is broken. These packages will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued to you via the original payment method.

We have partnered with third party payment gateway providers who shall be responsible to process the transactions on Shringar Centre. Shringar Centre does not interfere in any manner whatsoever with the payment gateway mechanism and explicitly disclaims any liability that may arise out of or in connection to the transaction being processed by such third party payment gateways. Users be informed, the Platform has no access to the information that You may enter for making the payment through any of the payment gateway listed on our Platform. Your transaction and banking details or other information as may be required for internet banking or other payment instruments is held by our partnered payment gateway service providers.
By creating a link to a payment gateway, we do not endorse or promote the payment gateway, nor are we liable for any failure of products or services offered by such payment gateway. Such payment gateway may have a privacy policy different from that of Shringar Centre. All failures/ errors/ omissions of the payment gateway shall be sole responsibility of the respective payment gateway partners. You hereby consent that you shall not sue Shringar Centre for any disputes that you may have with the payment gateway for any wrong doing of the payment gateway.

We safeguard your privacy using known security standards and procedures and comply with applicable privacy laws. Our Platform combines industry-approved physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that your information is well protected through its life cycle in our infrastructure. Personal Information is hashed or encrypted when it is stored in our infrastructure. Personal Information is decrypted, processed and immediately re-encrypted or discarded when no longer necessary.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, incase of an error in the Shringar Centre Platform we collect data and information (through third party technological tools) on your devices called Log Data.
